PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of the policy is to explain the our practices regarding the privacy of users of the website, and how the Company uses the information provided to it by the users or collected by it when they using the websites.

מדיניות פרטיות זאת הינה חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאי השימוש של החברה. בעת שימוש באתר או בשירותים נאסף מידע עליך. חלק מהמידע מזהה אותך באופן אישי, כלומר בשמך ובכתובתך, מוצרים ושירותים שרכשת או התעניינת בהם, אמצעי התשלום ששימשו אותך, וכיוצ"ב. זהו מידע שאתה מוסר ביודעין, לדוגמה בעת שתירשם לשירותים באתרים. חלק מהמידע אינו מזהה אותך אישית ואינו נשמר ביחד עם פרטיך. זהו מידע סטטיסטי ומצטבר. לדוגמה, פרסומות שקראת באתר, העמודים שבהם צפית וההצעות והשירותים שעניינו אותך.

על-פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א - 1981, כל אדם זכאי לעיין במידע שעליו המוחזק במאגר מידע. אדם שעיין במידע שעליו ומצא כי אינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן, רשאי לפנות אלינו בבקשה לתקן את המידע או למוחקו. פנייה כזאת יש להפנות אל ulpan@ulpan.space.
